GAS SAMPLE CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

M&C Tech Group

ENVIRA sells the products of the company M&C (systems of gas conditioning and sampling, paramagnetic O2 analysers, NOX converters).

M&C Tech Group distributes exhaust gas analysis products covering the entire monitoring process, including gas sample probes, heated ducting, complete gas conditioning systems and even mercury measurement.

Gas sample conditioning systems

The task of gas conditioning is carried out to prepare the process gases for input to the analyzer. This conditioning is carried out in the sampling route by means of specific instrumentation such as coolers, scrubbing filters, converters… so that when the sample reaches the gas analyzer, it is not damaged.

EXTRACTIVE GAS PROBES

The gas sample probe is the first step in sample conditioning. All process components such as pressure, temperature, particulate matter and any corrosive or sublimating components must be taken into account when selecting materials and filters.

SP-2000

The SP2000 sample probes are used for the continuous extraction of gas with high concentrations of particles and temperature or wet processes. They are designed to be easy to set up and maintained. Heating from 0 to 180 ºC. External ceramic filter. Optional ports for calibration and blow back.

SP-2000-H320

Sample probe specially designed for the continuous sampling of DENOX (SCR) processes, where the NH3 is added to the flow of gas to reduce the concentration of NOx. Designed to be easy to set up and maintained. Heating at 320°C, which avoids the appearance of ammonium salt. It includes a container for the condensation and evacuation of salt when the sample exits.

PSP4000-H

Portable probe with heating and adjustable temperature control from 100 to 180ºC. Casing isolated from heating. 2µm microfilter, easily replaced. Calibration port available.

GAS SAMPLING COOLERS

M&C sample gas coolers are used in gas analysis technology to reduce the dew point of wet gases and prevent condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable gas dew point prevents water vapor cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.

ECP 1000 PELTIER

It is used in gas analysis to reduce the dew point and avoid condensation in the analyzer. The condensates are evacuated through peristaltic pumps. The system operating status is displayed with a 3 status led. Its compact design makes it ideal for portable systems for sample conditioning. Adjustable dew point from +2°C to +15°C. Warning contacts.

ECS COMPRESSOR

Ideal for reducing dew point and avoiding condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable gas dew point avoids the crossed sensitivity of steam and volumetric errors. Adjustable dew point from +2°C to +15°C. Stability of dew point; ±0.25°C. 100% free of CFC. Up to four peristaltic pumps can be installed. Heat exchangers of borosilicate glass, PVDF and 316 Ti stainless steel available.

EC30C ULTRA

System patented by M&C. It provides an extremely low dew point and prevents the appearance of aerosols inside the analyzers. If it is installed near the sampling point, expensive heated lines can be avoided, thus minimizing power consumption. Maximum sample flow: 250 Nl/h. Adjustable dew point from-20°C to -30°C. Stability of dew point: ±0,1°C.

O2 ANALYZERS

An O2 analyzer is a suitable and reliable instrument for measuring oxygen concentrations in a gaseous sample in various analytical gas control applications, including flue gas, inert gas and laboratory process control measurements.
